The unique concept of Firehouse Subs is based on two brothers' desire to honor one of the firefighters' proudest traditions: great food. This desire has fueled the growth of the chain from one station in 1994 to more than 770 today. Firehouse Subs' growth plan calls for expansion to 2,000 locations by 2020. Firehouse Subs has been a tenant at Palma Ceia Commons since March 2007. The restaurant is 1,655 square feet and has access to the outdoor patio that allows for outdoor seating for patrons.
Ms. Lisa’a Dance Studio has been a tenant at Palma Ceia Commons since April 2007. Voted South Tampa's Best Dance Studio in 2013 by The South Tampa News & Tribune and The Central Tampa News & Tribune Readers' Poll, students ranging from toddlers to adults are instructed by highly trained teachers with dance degrees and years of experience. Ballet is a specialty, but there are a range of classes and workshops including but not limited to musical theater dance, acrobatics/tumbling, and salsa.
Your Pie is a unique concept in pizza which is fun for the whole family - each family member gets to enjoy the opportunity to create their own fresh pizza experience by choosing their own dough, sauce, and toppings. The concept of Your Pie began in Athens, Georgia back in 2006 and has continued to expand to neighboring states.
Little peeps is a children's clothing boutique specializing in furniture, bedding gifts and clothing from newborn to young adult. They carry cute lines like New Arrivals, Doodlefish, Lulla Smith, Pine Creek, Bella Notte and many more. Little Peeps has been a staple at Palma Ceia Commons since 2003.
A tenant since the summer of 2012, Idia Models and Talents caters towards preparing their models for catwalks, photography, and all types of events in which models are required to meet the demands of all national and international companies.

Triple Play Sports Cards and Memorabilia
Triple Play Sports is the newest addition to the Commons, joining in the Summer of 2013. Tampa has an avid sports fan base, with the MLB, NHL, and NFL all calling the Tampa Bay Area home. The Yankees are also based in Tampa for Spring Training.
